New Series. Correspondence and working papers, arranged in numerical order by Scheme Plan (S.P.) number. The numbering sequence commences at 4001. This subseries commenced on January 1 1983 and incorporates those papers previously filed in separate systems by the Town Clerk’s Department (subseries 1/5/5, files 74/-/-), the City Engineer’s Department (subseries 4/11/1) and the City Planner’s Department (subseries 7/2/1). NOTES: 1. This subseries was discontinued in 1991, following the implementation of the Resource Management Act 1991. For subdivision applications after October 1991 see P.N.C.C. Archives, series 25 2. Indexes are in three formats: (1) NOMINAL index (name of subdivider) (2) STREET index (name of street) (3) NUMERICAL index (name assigned to scheme plan, which is also the number of the SP file held in 7/2/2
