Ken Nairn was Town Planner.

A series of manilla folders containing working papers, publications, copies of official correspondence and reports (the originals of which can be found in subseries 1/5/5 and 4/3/3), and original correspondence which should have been placed on registered files in subseries 1/5/5 and 4/3/3. Some of these records were created or received by officers of the City Engineers Dept. prior to Mr. Nairn’s appointment as Town Planner in 1953.
