Records of buildings permits issued by the Engineer’s Department for private dwellings, business premises and public buildings. This book largely duplicates the entries in the registers of 4/14/1, but also contains values of individual permits, corrections to the legal description of the property, the name of the property owner (when different from the applicant for the permit), the Valuation Roll number of the property, and a fuller description of the building than appears in the other registers after July 1922.
