Descriptive Note
Mayor's relief and RSA. A weekly abstract and acquittance of wages, with names of employees, hours worked, amount of wages earned and signature of employee. These men were a small group of labourers, apparently working in the City Engineer’s Department. These labourers appear to have been employed under a scheme for relief work associated with the Returned Servicemen’s Association (R.S.A.).
