Descriptive Note

Hand-drawn maps, aerial photographs and printed plans used by the cemetery clerks of the Treasurer’s Department to locate the position of grave plots in the Terrace End Cemetery (Napier road) and the Kelvin Grove Cemetery (James Line). The City Archives also hold copies of the N.Z Society of Genealogists (Manawatu Branch) transcripts of the Terrace End and Kelvin Grove Cemeteries.
