Printed copies of the audited statement of accounts and balance sheet for each financial year (1 April-31 March) covering the activities for all departmentsAccounts are missing for the years 1893, 1896, 1900 and 1904. From 1903 – 1918 the accounts included report by the Town Clerk, which summarised the major works undertaken during the year.
