Minutes of the Board meetings.

The Board was established to reconstruct the road through the Manawatu Gorge. The Board consisted of representatives of local authorities on both sides of the Tararua-Ruahine ranges, and the Chairman of was the Mayor of Palmerston North (Mr J A Nash) and the Secretary was the Town Clerk of Palmerston North (Mr J R Hardie).
