Minutes of the annual meetings of shareholders and the meetings of directors. Includes copies of the Company’s Annual Accounts and Chairmans Annual report to shareholders. The company operated the gasworks in Main Street from about 1891 until 1915. The assets of the company were purchased by the Borough Council in 1915 and became the Council’s Gas Department.
