Un-numbered By-Laws. Printed Copies of Borough by-laws. The Amended By-Laws (1911) contain the text of the comprehensive By-Laws that came into force 15 August 1906, together with the texts of the Public Library By-Laws (1901), the regulations for the conduct of the Palmerston North Cemetery (1902), the Cycle By-Law (1907), the Drainage By-Law (1907), the Sale of Meat By-Law (1911) and the Amending By-Law number (1911). All these By-Laws were repeated by By-Law No. 1 (1920).
