This series was created in 1957-58 and covers all salaried staff of all Council departments. Waged staff were included only when relevant documentation was produced by the department concerned. Some files include pre 1957 correspondence removed from earlier filing systems (series 1/5/2 and 1/5/3).Some files contain no information on the employee.
Individual files are not listed. Restrictions apply to all information, which may be released on a case-by-case basis by Archivist if warranted.
