Inwards and outwards correspondence filed in brown manila folders.The files have been created in alphabetical order, with new parts being opened every two years between 1923 and 1935 (coinciding with the two-year term of each Council). An annual sequence of new parts was maintained between 1935 and 1939, followed by a five-year sequence (1940 – 1945) and then a one year sequence (1946).
