(Same cover as volume 44 and 47). A copy of the second reviewed scheme, operative 21 September 1981, incorporating all changes made between 1982 and 1987. This volume is updated to August 1987, the date when proposed review no. 3 was publicly notified-see volume 50. This document contains the Seal of Council, (affixed in 1981) and copies of the Consent Order (1981), and the Statutory Declaration as to procedure, 1981.
