Contains information for a "Central Area Study" c.1982 - 1983. Files kept by Mark Langridge. Information specifically held on Coleman Mall, early central study outlines, useful drawings, presentation ideas, newspaper clippings, Tim de Roles - Planning Consultant, pedestrianisation and general scope of pamphlets.
There is subsequent information, prepared in 1985, that includes a large number of slides of businesses, residences and streets which were used for a slide show. Slides accompany these files of which selected images are held on Manawatū Heritage.
