Cover consists of white lettering superimposed on black and white aerial photograph of Palmerston North. Soft cover, stapled. This is a copy of the proposed review of the District Scheme; excluding section iv, Aokautere,-approved by Council on 28 June 1976 and publicly notified in July 1976. This document was withdrawn by Council on 12 June 1978 and replaced by a new review document, which is described in this inventory as 7/3/5 volume 44. This volume contains a copy of a certificate signed by P.W.T. Bagnall, City Planner, certifying that this document is a correct copy of the Reviewed District Scheme publicly notified by the Council on 1 July 1976 and 8 July 1976
