Pt Annotated in colour pencil with proposed streets and proposed land zoning, with key to colours attached. Also annotated with the words "Town Planning Board. Suggested amendments to 1946 Scheme. Pt No action taken by City Council". About 1951-1952, when compared with maps 7 and 9. The annotations were probably made by H.C. George, Town planner. Originally numbered as TP 1, and then as TP 1/1
