The official signed copy of the second reviewed district scheme, operative from 21 September 1981. This volume contains the scheme statement, the Code of Ordinances and the planning maps. This volume contains the following insertions: 1. A photocopy of a Consent Order, issued by the Planning Tribunal, 20 August 1981, empowering the City Council to approve the review of its district scheme, subject to exclusion of part. 2. Statutory Declaration as to procedure followed by Council with regard to Variation No. 12 of the proposed review. Signed by Mayor 21 October 1981. 3. Statutory Declaration as to procedure followed by Council with regard to District Scheme-signed by Mayor 18 September 1981. 4. Statement that District Scheme was approved by Council on 24 August 1981, and became operative on 21 September 1981-Seal of Council affixed. 5. Statement that this document is a correct copy of the District Scheme approved by Council on 24 August 1981-signed by K.J. Tremaine, City Planner.
