This volume contains four insertions 1) Declaration by Mayor that the scheme statement and code of ordinances were approved on April 27, 1959 and became operative on 25 May 1959. (Seal of Council affixed 27 April, 1959). 2) Statutory Declaration by Mayor as to actions taken by Council in respect of the preparation of the District Scheme. (Signed by Mayor, 24 April, 1959). 3) Declaration by Mayor, that variation to ordinance, (Industrial A/Z Zone) was recommended on 24 January, 1961 and became operative on 8 December, 1961. (Seal of Council affixed, 27 November, 1961). 4) Statutory Declaration as to procedure for variation of City of Palmerston North District Scheme, dated November 1961. Unsigned.
