Metal. Black, decorated with flower pattern in gold and pink. Seal imprinted with the crest of Palmerston North, inscribed ‘The Seal of the Mayor of Palmerston North, New Zealand.’ In use pre-1930.
Held on permanent display on 2nd Floor, Palmerston North City Library.
