Soft cover, stapled, with black tape binding. A copy of the reviewed scheme, operative 1968, incorporating Change 26A, approved by Council on 27 September, 1971 and operative on 1 January, 1972. Change 26A related to a requirement of the Manawatu Catchment Board for land adjacent to stopbanks and river terraces, and amended Ordinances 1, 3, and 5.
