Copy of an illuminated manuscript created to celebrate the visit of his Excellency the right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool and her Excellency the Countess of Liverpool to Palmerston North. Dated June 1913. Signed on behalf of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of Palmerston North by James Alfred Nash, Mayor, David Buick, MP, and William Harold Collingwood, Town Clerk.
Black and white. Manuscript shows various generic scenes from New Zealand and ornate border.
