A handwritten register recording the rural road numbers of properties. It may have been created following the city boundary extensions of c.1989. In some cases the name of the owner or occupant and the legal description of the property have been recorded.
The register is in very fragile condition, with broken binding and several loose pages.
The register was added to this series on thematic grounds in September 2025. It is not known whether or not it was produced by the PNCC Treasurer's Department, or another department of council.
