Sheet 4. Map plan entitled: "City Base Map - Sheet 4". Includes two map plans attached to either side of a hardboard sheet, one entitled: "Sewer" and the other entitled: "Stormwater". Map plan shows an area spanning from Manawatu Bridge Road (Summerhill Drive) in the south, Fitchett Street in the north, Dittmer Drive in the west and Alfred Street to the east. Sewer lines are marked out in different colours according to construction and include numbering and width of piping.
