One page of notes from meetings held on 28 March, 10 April, 13 May and 20 May 1884. Found in Council Minute Book for 1893 (Series 1/1/1, volume 2). Page is in the handwriting of R.N. Keeling (Town Clerk) and appears to be a draft of Council minutes, for it contains a number of alterations and the confirming signature of the Mayor is not present.
This page has been retained because the Council minute book for 1884 is missing.
