Known information: Given to Palmerston North Library City Librarian Anthony Lewis during a cultural visit from envoys of the city of Missoula, Montana. A certificate is included that certifies that the flag was flown over the United States Capitol in 1992.
It is unknown if this information refers to one of the flags or each piece of information refers one of the two flags.
