Sheet 3. Map plan entitled: "City Base Map - Sheet 3". Includes two map plans attached to either side of a single piece of hardboard, one entitled: "Sewer" and the other entitled: "Stormwater". Map plan shows an area spanning from Grey Street in the south, Rangitikei Line in the north, Downing Street in the west and Richardson's Line to the east. Sewer lines are marked out in different colours according to construction and include numbering and width of piping.
