Green cover with red printing. Soft cover, stapled, with red tape binding. A copy of the reviewed scheme, section 1, operative 1968, incorporating variation 26B, operative 4 July, 1969. Variation 26B inserted Appendix VI in the scheme statement, and amended clause 4 (b). For fuller details of Variation 26B, see subseries 7/3/6, T.P.V. 26 B. This document contains a photocopy of the signed declaration dated 24 September, 1968, which is inserted in Volume in Volume 9, but does not contain an official reference to the incorporation of variation 26B.
