Green cover with red printing. Soft cover, stapled, with red tape binding. Official signed copy of the reviewed scheme, section 1, operative 1968, incorporating change 31, operative on 6 August, 1971. Change 31 inserted appendices VII-X, in the scheme statement, and amended the zoning of land relating to the Milson Shopping Centre. For fuller details see subseries 7/3/6 change 31. This volume contains a signed declaration that the scheme statement and code of ordinances now includes the change approved by Council 26 July, 1971 and which became operative on 6 August 1971.
