Section 6 - General: The new Earthworks provisions are inserted into this section along with objectives, methods and rules.
Changes to Sections 4,5,6,7,10,12, 12A, 22. 24 March 2010.Plan Change 45 (Private). The purpose was to rezone 146 Richardsons Line, Palmerston North (Lpt 1 DP 81319) from Rural to North East Industrial. It also sought to apply a specific sert of development criteria to the site.
