Green cover with red printing. Soft cover, stapled, with black tape binding. Official signed copy of review scheme, section 1, which was operative from 1968 to 1981. Section 1 of the District Scheme related to the old city area, on the north bank of the Manawatu River, prior to the 1967 boundary alterations. This volume contains a signed declaration that Section 1 of the District Scheme was approved by Council on 23 September 1968 and became operative on 4 October, 1968. (Seal of Council affixed 24 September, 1968)
