Yellow cover with black printing. Soft cover, spiral bound, with grey plastic binder. Copy of reviewed scheme, operative 1968, incorporating changes 35 and 36, operative 1 January, 1973. This volume contains a copy of a Certificate of Correctness, signed by K. Nairn, Town Planner, certifying that Changes 35 and 36 were approved by Council on 18 December, 1972 and became operative on 1 January, 1973.
